CA 1907 PTC #14 Rounding Board

Old paint. Appears to be from PTC #14, built in 1907, the carousel was refurbished in 1920 as PTC 55R. Last operated at Rocky Glen, (Ghost Town), Moosic, PA. In old/original paint. Missing one piece of the top shell center.
