Fully restored, all wood carved horses, early 1900s historic Herschell carousel. 36 original c. 1915 hand-carved wooden carousel horses, and two chariots, each professionally restored and exquisitely painted by the premier carousel artist in the world, Rosa Patton of Maryland. Rosa’s long resume of work includes the c. 1905 Dentzel menagerie at Watkins Park in Maryland, and possibly the most beautiful carousel in the world, the c. 1921 Dentzel Deluxe menagerie carousel at Glen Echo Park, MD. Horses to be installed on a 36-foot Allan Herschell mechanism.
