Second row. Restored by RedBug Gallery in 1969. Nice head and classic early PTC trappings. Handsome jumper with a nice older restoration. Solid horse but showing seams and paint cracks from age. Possibly from PTC #16 which operated at Funland in Topeka, KS until 1963. Figures were dispersed though the end of its run at Pirates World in FL in 1973 when all were dispersed.
