1902 E. Joy Morris Quassy Lake Carousel Horse – Outside Row
The E. Joy Morris carousel at Quassy Lake was the last Morris carousel in operation. Despite a valiant attempt by Morris family descendants and others, the carousel was auctioned piecemeal in 1989. This horse was originally an outside row stander on the all stationary carousel. It was factory converted to a jumper in the early 1900s.
