Circa 1905 Dentzel Carousel Cat – SOLD

Although they have 9 lives, Dentzel cats are a rare find on the resale market. This is a beautiful example of an early 1900s Dentzel “Flirting Cat” with friendly front paw up, welcoming riders. Though always friendly, Dentzel cats have to eat and will always have their catch in mouth. A fresh fish for this one. With classic Dentzel cat ribbon, bow and medallion trappings. Nicely aged older restoration.
