Incredible detail throughout this hand-crafted working miniature, built by John E. Brown of Findlay, OH. The 75 ceramic horses and menagerie figures are hand-painted by Ohio artist, Kathy Christ of Marion. The miniature double-decker, fashioned after the “Columbia” carousel, stands a full 5 feet tall. There is calliope music, 500 working lights, 47 mirrors, and art panels depicting events from American history. Once appraised once at over $20,000, the large miniature carousel was built to be disassembled for moving and storage.
